Mold

The collector pipe mold is specially used for producing the collecting pipes of the auto parallel flow condensers. The mold works with a punch or a hydraulic press. The pipe-feeding, core-inserting, and core-removal is finished manually.

1) aluminum pipes to be processed

Φ20mm*1.15 Φ22mm*1.3  Φ25mm*1.5  Φ27mm*1.5

Φ32mm*1.5 (decided by the customer)

2) slot specification: decided by the customer

3) max slot quantity: 65 pieces;

4) The tolerance of center-to-center distance for the two neighboring slot pairs: ±0.03mm; center-to-center distance tolerance for unneighboring slot pairs: ±0.05mm.   

5) processing cycle:1 pipe/20-30seconds
