1. Main Application

The machine is used for assembling auto radiators.

  2,fin width:16,18,20,24,26,32mm

  3,fin wave height: 8mm

  4,flat tube quantity: max 55 pcs (calculated based on spacing at 10mm)

  5,flat tube width: random

  6,tube thickness:2-3mm

  7,tube distance: decided by the customer

  8,header width: decided by the customer   

The machine is able to produce auto radiators with flat tube distace at 10mm. The tube distance is changeable by replacing the chain flex and header fixation block.

1,power supply: 2 phases, 220V, 50HZ;

2,compressed air: 0.4Mpa;

3,pneumatic system working pressure: 4Mpa;

3. Equipment Structure and Process Flow

The machine is comprised of right and left header positioning clamp, assembling table, flat tube positioning device, chainflex and coam teeth lifting device, core compaction device, pneumatic system, hydraulic system, and electrical system.
